It is something that every nerd has pondered at least once: Do those things in comics actually work? Well lo and behold, DC Nation has gone out of their way to show you two decides and if they’re practical or not. First off, Batman’s infamous Batarang. This badboy has been the staple of the Dark Knight’s arsenal since day one. While he has developed exploding onces and remote control ones, DC Nation only really tries out the laser cut original model. How does it fare? Check out the video below to find out.

Next we have Green Arrow’s punching glove arrow. This humourous yet painful contraption has been know to put criminals in their place from a distance from this Robin Hood inspired hero. Like Batman, he’s branched out a bit since then developing all sorts of more serious and effective arrow types, but the original always will have a place in our hearts.
